Website Visitors

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics to identify you. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes connection data (such as IP addresses), which may be considered personal information. We use this data strictly for security and performance purposes and do not use it to identify individual visitors. Connection data processed by Cloudflare is retained in accordance with their standard logging policies before being aggregated or deleted.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate website performance metrics. This service does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track users across sites. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy documentation for details.

Support

If you contact us via email, we receive only what you choose to send (your name, email address, and message content). Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and are deleted within 90 days of resolution unless ongoing correspondence requires otherwise.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to maintain the security and performance of our website, and to respond to your support inquiries. Our lawful basis for processing connection data is our legitimate interest in securing our website. Our lawful basis for processing support emails is your consent. We do not:

• Sell or share data with third parties for their own purposes

• Profile users or track behavior across our products or website

3. Infrastructure

Cloudflare may process connection data as part of their CDN service. We do not use any additional third-party services that collect user data on this website.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any personal information we hold about you (such as support correspondence). To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@sanctumlabs.co. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain services to you (such as responding to support requests).

We do not collect personal data from website visitors beyond what Cloudflare processes for infrastructure purposes, so in most cases there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete.

5. Security and Breach Notification

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. In the event of a security breach involving your personal information that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

6. Children's Privacy
